<\/p>\n- Perform chemical analysis and physical property testing of materials and products.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Research, design, and develop new production processes.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Coordinate and perform tests.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Analyze data to develop conclusions.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Communicate results of analysis and research.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Evaluate current processes and develop improvements to safety, quality, and efficiency.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Create standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Assist in the establishment of timelines and budgets.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Install, maintain, and inspect equipment and facilities.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Perform routine calibration and troubleshooting of instruments.<\/li>\n

- Provide training and mentorship to technical staff.<\/li>\n

<\/p>\n- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry required.<\/li>\n

- 2+ years of experience.<\/li>\n
<\/p>\n
- Excited to work on a small, fast-paced startup team.<\/li>\n
